Boerboel's are fantastic looking dogs.
So sorry that you only had him 2 days, it must have been awful for you, he looked gorgeous.

Hi ash so sorry bout your pup.did you ask breeder why he wasnt vaccinated.
I`ve got 2 boers male and female they are huge will have to send you some pics.
If you are thinking of getting another boer I can put you in contact with a reputable breeder.

I did ask the breeder, and they said he was Vaccinated .

I have since found out, one of the litter mates was taken at 6 weeks old, and was treated for Parvo, but survived..

The breeder said none of the others had it...

But In my opinion... They all had it but , not serious enough to show.

But the travel, and stress of new homes bought it on.

Strange thing is , theses days success rate for survival is about 90% if treated asap.
Mine was picked up the second day.
So his chances were better than good.
But died about 14 hours after Diagnosed...

I am thinking of getting another BB, but it is just a thought.
I would be shot if I got another dog.

I already have a 2 year old male Bull Mastiff and a 10 month old male Boerboel.

Oh Ash how sad and how awful for you. He was a beautiful looking pup and look at the size of those paws.
