Mobile phone internet down

Hi folks

Im on three network and just had upgrade to samsung galaxy smartphone

as of today the internet wont work, icl emails.
no server.

it redirects me to my settings menu page.

means sod all to me

any ideas

Are you SURE you have got your email details entered right?

If your phone can access the internet, and you can get email on your computer, that is the only answer.

i have email and net on my laptop

i had both on my phone yesterday
the phone email is down because internet is down

the laptop isnt related to the phone

Are you on wifi or 3G? It may be your phone is trying to go wirelesd? You need to check in yoursettings menu

I had similar problems when i got the iPhone. I couldnt get on 3G. Girl i work with & whose OH works in IT was able to work it out for me. They never tell you these things when you buy these phones. Hope you get sorted.

Have you put your wifi code in? Check in settimgs which network its trying to connect to, yours should be the one highlighted/tickef

this wasnt necessary

the phone is 3G and automatically set to three server.
the internet kicked in instantly i switched the new phone on a few days ago.
it just stopped yesterday.

their is no hughlighted wifi code listed in settings.
