How to prevent dog continually licking people?

Ok, Teagan has a 'licking' issue.
She licks all the time - arms, hands, legs, face feet.
I don't really like it, so I say no - she carries on.
I shout, she carries on, I physically push her away, she carries on.

She has always done this, but it's really starting to annoy me.
I have *always* told her no when she does it, but she carries on.

For example, if she is licking your leg, and you push her away with your hand, she will then lick your hand

Help! lol

Ohh, forgot to say, sometimes she licks in a frenzy, then starts to hump us!
I stop her straight away, but she doesn't learn!

Ally licks a lot too but understands the word "no" - maybe its the annoyment (is that a word? ) in my voice that she picks up on and makes her stop

Benji can be quite annoying licking too
somtimes you are just sitting watching tv or somthing and he just walks by and licks you ,worse is when he wakes me up in the morning licking my face Yuk who knows where that tounge was before that :smt078
Its difficult to know what to do about it though as he obviously does it out of affection so I cant tell him off ,I just have to try and hide my face or keep my hands out of the way

This isn't occasionally, Teagan does it *all* the time.
We have a guest, and she wouldnt leave him alone for ages.

The way I say 'no', she understands how annoyed I am, but won't stop.

She gets in a frenzy with the licking, and it's horrible, as then she starts to hump, which is unpleasent!

Cassie used to do the humping as well but seemed to grow out of it, maybe it's just a phase Hevvur and you just have to carry on as you are and hope she grows out of it sooner rather than later.

Train an alternative behaviour.

Train 'leave'

Remove the dog from the cause or the cause from the dog.

No point whatsoever in getting annoyed with a very natural behaviour
