How lovely for you to be out and about Lynn. I had to go down to the village today and hated it. Tears were never far away. I was pleased to get home. So stressful. Take care everyone.

Only shopping brenda but none the less nice to be out and have a drive to. I would of preferred to of done an online shop but it is near impossible to get a slot, seemed easier in the end to pop out.
We are lucky that every day we get our morning walk with Dillon, you must be missing that routine and Tyto.

I managed to get what I needed from the shops, walked the dogs and back home.
Mum has bought wallpaper that my dad agreed on but he has now changed his mind...so mum said to ask Steve if he wanted it and he said yes....so the hall can have a makeover when I finally get to see him lol
Brenda, it's quite surreal seeing how towns and villages are at the minute

I ordered an item From the Netherland a few days ago. So over the Channel it came to Parcel Force (PF) main receiving depot and then on to the distribution local depot. Great so far until it got into the hands of the delivery driver who obviously cannot read a well printed large label on a parcel. YES to the wrong address so to cut a story short a neighbour bought it around for me.

All that way and the last few yards got "lost" damn marvellous. Where do they get these drivers from and have they passed the DVLA eyesight test. Even I could read it without glasses and I have passed that eye test needing glasses

If they can't read a label then certainly they can't read a car number plate at the prescribed distance
