Hi, its still there but getting smaller. I think it will be a trip to the vet next week for them to take fluid from it.

Boxers are prone to Mast Cell Tumours and I need to rule this out. It is also about 3 inches away from her spay wound (on her flank) and it was a bit lumpy after it was done, so it could be scar tissue.

Just back from the vets with Star.

The vet is almost 100% sure its a sebaceous cyst. It has gotten small over the last few weeks.

If it changes at all she has to go and get it cut out, otherwise we are going to wait a few months and see what happens. Because it is just under the skin they can cut it out with just a sedative that is fully reversible and a local on the spot they are cutting. Hopefully it wont come to that.
