Looking for a good book.

Please do not worry I am not going into breeding.

I am looking for a good book though to understand and learn about line breeding inbreeding what the percentages mean.

I get outcrossing but it is all the other stuff that bamboozles me somewhat and I would like to learn more.

I am unsure about any books - but there are so many online articles that try to explain, some better than others.

This seems an ok one? http://bowlingsite.mcf.com/genetics/inbreeding.html

I'm not so sure about a good book Lynn, I have found the Kennel Club's site quite good for information, but you have to bear in mind that it would appear to not be 100% on some of the data.

That said, it contains a lot of information relating to breeding, breed health problems etc., it might be a good place to start
