Decent quality low sodium diet?

Our old doggie has been having issues with her heart, I've been reading that she should be on a low sodium diet - does anyone have any recommendations?

She's currently on Arden Grange Senior, Wainrights trays and occasional egg/fish/raw, I have no idea how good that is for her heart!
