Same here. I went to a local show yesterday...it started off damp & overcast & was very hot by the end .
Thank heavens for my insulated van with fans.....& reflective sheets.
It was still hot at 6pm.

Boxers and this heat dont mix well..its not fair on him even though i was tempted ...
How do the long coats cope ???

My girl likes to stay at home (she has the thick undercoat that moults) She really doesn't like the heat.
Chad doesn't get as warm (he has a denser coat & doesn't moult much) He visibly slowed down yesterday. Wasn't panting , like some were, but had no energy.
The youngest my mali X Shepherd has a short coat & would lie in the sun, if I let her.
They have their paddling pools out today, in a shady part of the gardewn & there's a breeze...so everyone happy.

I feel for the show organisers though...people will stay away & those that are there will be moaning about the heat !!
