What I find more disgusting is the fact that I am no longer shocked at such a story, unfortunately. Of course, I am deeply, deeply devastated for the poor little dog, but shocked? No. Horrible people exist, and quite frankly I think I have seen the worst of the worst ten times over. I find that very sad.

Looking at the article again, I wonder if there is a very small chance that this was an accident? That maybe the dog ran away when out with her owner and got herself stuck, then fell?

Rest in peace xxxx

So sad I hope they find who did that to her.

Run free poor girl, free from pain and suffering.

I am also not really shocked anymore although very sad for the poor girl and angry that people are so cruel and evil.
Sadly the way the dog has become a "throw away" commodity to so many and rescues full to the brim so unable to take dogs from people that can no longer keep them or don't want them, I can see this sort of thing becoming more and more common now and in the future.
