He asked him months back if he was going to put guttering up and he said yes. I spoke to his nephew Sunday night and he reckons he has the stuff to do it... surely they can't be that stupid that they can't see rain is running into our garden

Afternoon everyone.
Better day here today weather wise.
We have been to spalding shopping outlet we both needed new waking boots our feet have been getting wet the last few days. Thankfully we managed to find some not cheap though.
Had a call from our agent before we left. Everything in place for our sale so money was being moved today deposit from our buyers so that will pay our deposit on the bungalow.
Our solicitor has chased our vendors solicitor about the raming questions outstanding so hopefully some movement later today or tomorrow and the agent dealing with the bungalow is popping in to check the snagging jobs are done . She has been told they have but will check for us and confirm later today. Our agent reckons we could be moved i a couple of weeks now. Eeeek.

Moyra glad the headache has gone today.
brenda hope you have found some peace having Tyto back home, and that the holiday helps also.
Kazz glad mum is ok and hope the things that need sorting get sorted quickly.
Chris hope Gary is still doing well.
griff I would be fuming.

Hope everyone and all four legged friends are well today.

Brenda, I am pleased you have your boy home xx...I am o.k thanks, feel a little sick and my teeth are killing lol
Ooooooo Lynn, soon be all systems go then!!
I am very angry about my plants,I guess they don't like being soaked! I am sick to death of it, been going on for a year now, they have a stupid front door with no handle so that's slammed all the while, everyone round here is moaning about them...they have weeds about 2ft high out the front, the house sticks out like a sore thumb...not in a good way either and it is going to be a rental property I believe...oh and I will have this for months and months as they are doing the loft... apparently

I know I had.

How are you and mum and dad feeling about the property being a rental ? No.5 next door to us is mainly rented out and we have never had any problems. Mark and Lauren rent and are good tenants and neighbours.
I always think it is a worry though.
