Anyone going to the British Flyball Association Champs next week?

To spectate or compete?

Nope, no intention of deliberately exposing myself to the cacophony of sound made by hysterical owners and dogs.

It is one sport that I would never, ever compete in.

A from the point of view of said noise and B from the point of view of dog health.

SB this isn't me trying to be a pedant, but i was wondering what the health issues with flyball were? It's not something i do as I don't think my eardrums would stand up to it, but I'm not sure what the health problems were connected to it?

RSI on the carpals and shoulders and the fact that dogs turn in the same direction every time.

Fair enough, still a lot of old dogs competing at flyball, and a lot that don't do the full legs, that's why they're rotated round, to prevent that sort of stuff, no dog should be racing full five races every time
