First place could be my father.

Last year we were bringing a wardrobe up (we were fitting the house up), it was huge, about 200 kg (solid wood). So my father and me were bringing it up the stairs from the barn to the house. I was at the bottom and my father was at the top, which means I was bearing most of the weight, we would go up one step at a time, with my father guiding it and me lifting it up the stairs. At one point he let go of it for a while and it almost fell and squished me.

Right you are Bon, lazy buggers. I actually tore a muscle in my shoulder
that day and for a whole week and a half I couldn't lift my arm without BIG pain. It took me another 2 weeks to have no pain in my arm.
