Part-time owner wanted?!?

Hi Guys

I found this whilst browsing another discussion forum. I think it sounds like a rediculous idea, but that's my opinion and I don't understand this business properly . But anyhow's there's this company who loan you a dog like a contract it seems. Apparently they use rescued/ abandoned dogs. I think its nonsensicle as what is the dog meant to think .
