Please help.any info will be helpful

we had a miniature dachshund*Timothy. my lovely baby boy passed away last week during his second surgery.. long story short- . we took him to the vet on Thursday morning because he was very sick and he was vomiting all morning. the vet checked*him .gave him tablets from acid and warm treatment and send him home!she said he's fine! bur he wasn't..he suffered the rest of the day and in the evening we took him to the vet again. other vet checked him and said they will operate him because he had a stone (he ate a stone).so they did surgery Thursday night and Saturday*afternoon released him home.we asked*to keep him in till he fully recoves but they said it's not necessary.after we get home he was sick and in pain.I took him back midnight .(receptionist on the phone said don't bring him because they won't go anything as I gave him pain killers already so they can't give more).I vent there anyway coz I was worried.and they gave hin injection witch last 24 hours. next day he was vomiting and very sick..hiding..ohh my poor boy...*I took him back again!they said they will keep him overnight just because they can't get the right painkillers .so basically they kept him toexperiment.aren't they supposed to know how to get the right medication straight away?not trying for a few days*giving him everything what they have?! anyway monday morning they called us and said Timothys not well he's getting worst. but he said they are doing some test and they will call back in the afternoon around 4. 4pm he called ad said Timothy is going worst and worst(so why he waited all day ?why he didn't send him to the operation straight away??) and he has an infecon!and they refused to did*another surgery because they don't have specialist and it's risky! but they was happy to refer him somewhere else and it would cost us 7000!7000 for they mistake!they*send Timothy home when he wasn't even fully rekover .he wasn't rekover at all.just a day after he was operated! anyway we managed to take him from them and straight away took him to another vet.on monday morning they had to operate him wash from the inside all the infection. but poor baby was too tired..too small and suffered for too long so he couldn't handle another operation..he passed away...my little sausage boy...*the vet said all the stiches where broke inside..large volume of purulendischarge.all intestines severally inflamed .dark red adhesions...etc. she said if we bring him one day before.he would have survived.... we want justice.. we want those vet who killed our puppy loose their licence to work! we don't needcompensation we just want them*to 'pay ' for what they did so other ppl would suffer like we did.. where to call .where to look for a help on this kind of situation?? thanks!!!

You're obviously grieving and I'm very sorry for your loss, but what the second vet said to you counts for nothing unless he is willing to put it in writing. You can complain to the RCVS and they should investigate your claims but I doubt the first vet would lose their right to practice.

Relates to making a complaint about a vet procedure.
