Lara's story

Some of you may know that we have just taken into our home a lovely Newfie girl aged six, she had been in a puppy farm and had numerous litters but when medical problems prevented her from having any further litters she was sold for £100 Some idiots in Ipswich bought her and believed everything the so called 'breeder' told them including she was good with dogs and cats. These idiots then went out and got a cat which Lara chased once and they decided they didn't want her and contacted the Newfoundland Club Welfare who took her in for rehoming. The club immediately arranged for her to be speyed which was to have been by keyhole surgery but when they startyed they found so many cysts and malignant growths on her reproductive organs they had to abandon keyhole surgery and cary out a major operation from which she is still recovering. The blue collar you can see on her is to prevent her liking the stitches (Like the plastic cone things)

Lara is beautiful Harvey such a sweet face and kind eye.
She will now know what love and kindness coming into your home.

What a beautiful girl Lara is and lad she has finally found a proper home where she will find nothing but love.

Poor Lara,that makes me feel sick, thinking of what she's been through and what pain and loneliness she's suffered.
So very glad she's with you and will know about a happy life and being with a family and loved.
