So sorry to read this Cathy, we had to make the same decision the day before (Thursday) can't get used to not having her around and our other dog Casey is terribly subdued God only knows what he's thinking.

Thanks all,it seems strange not having to rush home to take Ben for his walks.no feeding him little treats.he adored his jumbone always took it out in the garden.lay under his shelter Charlie put up for him,kept him shaded.
Ben adored lavender always run his head through it.so I'm going to get a lavender bush and put it in a pot with a plaque.he loved laying in 2 spots of the garden.1 right by the back gate.but the other by the rose bush.so that's where it will go.
I'm also having a pic printed off and I'll frame that.
Miss him so much.my emotions are all over the place.
