You know Jenny when they do 'remote control' of my computer I feel extremely nervous, I mean if they can gain access like that when you authorise it what's to stop them (or a 'friend' of theirs) doing it when not authorised. It's a good few years and several computers ago since I had to do that and I hope I won't have to with this one.

I don't hold your address on my Outlook address book out of courtisy to you and all the other people I know since it is well established hackers can enter your address book and get details of all your contacts.
