No thanks, I nearly threw up when I saw her put that cheese in it!!! I'll stick to a normal one thanks. If you don't use a jar, especially the tikka massala that's a big no-no, just use powder or paste and add water, it won't contain all that fat and calories!

Wow 6lb!

Haha, H I tried it tonight was good! (creamy sauces are my downfall) I used low fat coconut milk instead of normal milk though.

It's a difficult one isnt it. Maybe question yourself before eating the binge foods like "do I really need to eat this". I don't have the answer as I have to face all this as well when something comes up and I feel stressed out.

Hang on in there.
Thank you for the words of support I am trying to curb my eating but unfortunately I get stressed most at work and I work in for a confectionery company so there is always free food to eat. It's annoying because I go to work with the very best intentions, with healthy food in my bag and then I get to work and all that is ruined.

I have been good today though so hopefully it will reflect in my weigh in on Thursday.

Also, congratulations on your weight loss

I have cous cous quite alot, if you keep an eye on the packets and make sure theyre not one with high fat or anything and have them with a bit of salmon ot tuna steak, or grill a chicken breast its really nice.

What sort of thing have you been having?

I love cous cous.

I forgot to ask hubby to weigh me yesterday so it will have to wait another week but I've been good.

I tend to eat the same old things over and over again, does anyone else do that?

Yes, I tend to have a chicken breast one day, and a pork chop the next, purely because they are what I like so why change it?!

Another week gone by and I'm still dead on 10 stone, and for 5ft7" that's not too bad for me, I'm sticking with it, just gotta maintain it now that's the hard bit.

Well done to you Sam and everyone else!
