There's a lot of this going around here at the moment. Take some paracetamol if you can keep it down, and take it every 4-6 hours. Will keep your temp down.
Hope you feel better soon hun xxxxx

Glad you've managed to eat something, and keep up with that flat coke coz a doctor once told me to drink that when I was suffering like you, he said cola has something very beneficial in it when it's FLAT, don't ask me what but he highly recommended it.

Hope you feel much better later.

Well I drink cola flat anyway unless it's just out of the fridge - I don't really like cola when it's fizzy as it just doesn't quench thirst, but I do drink it.

Managed to get some more sleep, had some more spaghetti and I'm sure it will get worse tonight (illnesses are always worse in mornings and evenings) but tomorrow hopefully I'll be as right as rain.

I have taken tablets and watched the Smurfs movie - so I'm feeling a bit better - still really warm (but I have laid in bed all day) and my headache hasn't subsided but another bath tonight and I should be fine I think.

Thank you all for your help and support and tips - never known a nicer lot of people tbh lol
