Hevvur's Garden (pics)

Well, I am having my garden done, starting tomorrow!
The skip is arriving at about 10am, and the materials on Tuesday!

These are the before pictures....it's such a mess!
The people who lived here before me have put raised flowerbeds in, but it makes the lawn so hard to cut! The bits on the left and right, where the grass looks longer, are where the raised beds are.

So, will update with pics as the garden takes shape!

Hevvur - great piece of space you have - looks quite lush so you'll have some fun with the planting

Looking forward to the end results

Ok, will explain as best as I can!

From the house, I am having a patio built, the full width of the house, and going about 1/3 of the way down the garden (not very good with measurements!). Then having a fence built (smallish), with a gate, so Teagan cannot get on the grass unless we let her.
Then having grass as far back as the furthest side of the raised flower beds (I think having borders round the garden).
After the grass, having more slabs layed down, for a shed/dog run (will deff be a shed, and possibly dog run in future).

Nothing really exciting, but anything is better than it is now!

The field you see behind my garden is a school playing field, and when it rains, it pours into our gardens, and floods.
Hence the idea for the patio and fence - stop the house getting so muddy!

I do want lots of plants/flowers in the 'garden' part, good idea behind the fence too, as Teagan likes to trample flowers!!! lol
