Neapolitan has been found

The dog warden that has been trying to catch this young dog for us on the Gloucester/Bristal borders has got him he has been hit by a train and has a broken leg he was dumped by his owner 3 months ago and has been on his own since food had been put out each day with water .
The RSPCA have him and wanted to put him to sleep but the dog warden stopped them he was operated on yesterday but the RSPCA are not being very helpful?? we do have a foster home waiting for him.

What did they want to put him to sleep for, he's only got a broken leg and they have a foster home ready, what's the problem?

Just to let you know that this poor boy had his op on the Friday but died on Saturday he had other things wrong one being very under weight
Owner has been found we now hope the he and his mother get taken to court....
