That is a fairly young tree as it is not very tall. Fair enough, most of the tree palms on the Moshav are 50+ years old, but they are very tall! The Local Authority trim them regularly using a cherry-picker!

I had misread that figure - that is astronomical for just one tree. I wonder how much they would give me for the small ones in my back yard...
