Kazz I only went for one viewing in the end and it paid off so thankyou for your good vibes. Now I just have to sit back and wait for about three weeks so that I can get exchange on this house so that I can put completion date of 18th November. Wish it was this month but can't have everything.

I think it's very rare for a move to not go through. We only had one before we moved to Harlow and the people put an offer on our house before checking they could get a mortgage. The days before Estate agents started looking into peoples finances very closely to make sure they had the deposit and the mortgage.
I bet you are so excited.

Sue I have caved saves me worrying about giving meter readings again, one day I will get stuck on the floor.
