Star again

I have just got back from a walk with my three, all went well until star (the youngest choc lab) decide he would try and eat a dead rat whole.(at least he drooped it when he was told to)
I have spoke to the vet who does not seem to concerned about it, but i forgot to ask what type of things he could possibly catch, is there anything i should be looking out for.

You were lucky he dropped it, my lot would have eaten it quicker than I could have got it off them.

Did he actually eat any of it?

He should be ok sjs. If your vet had any concerns about what could be picked up by trying to eat dead rats, he probably would of mentioned it to you.

If you're worried, ring ur vet back and explain your concerns to him

I know what you mean, i was lucky storm (yellow lab) was some way away at the time as it would have gone in one, but when he spotted star up to somthing he came bounding over but i had time to stop him getting to close.

Also i will take a picture of it if it still there later if anyone was to see it, Only joking.

I am about 99% sure he didn't eat any of it, and he seems fine now
