I would contact the show secretary. They would normally be benched with their own breed.

ah ok, thanks. am hoping that my first breed will be done as they are first in the ring, before second breed which is 4th in ring and can keep in van rather than unattended on benches.

I believe when you enter you can request the dogs owned by the same person can be benched together.
Leaving in your van may not be accepted especially in the warmer weather. Calls go out all sking people to return to get dogs out of cars.

You can bench dogs of different breeds together yes. You may need to contact the show secretary, but Im sure it can be done.

I was under the impression that not leaving dogs in cars is now a part of the show rules you sign when you submit your entry. Often broken though...

cars i can understand but a fully caged out adapted van is very different. rear and side loading doors can be left open to create plenty of air flow through it and at at least one show i have been to the temp in the van was lower than the temp in the benching tents.

I can understand that. You could have a situation (in theory) where you find no dogs of a particular breed on their benches because they are benched with their housemates which are of other breeds.
