Green dog - dog food

Anybody know Anything about this food? I dont understand it all so hoping somebody can explain in stupid terms please. My husband got a free sack on the lamb and rice from an agricultural show he was working at.
So far im quite pleased with it the pieces are small so not such an issue that phoebe doesnt chew, they hardly swell when wet and phoebe loves it. But obviously i need to consider more than that if im going to use it long term

Any info would be great. Thankyou
