Puppy socialization in London

Hola!

I'd like to know if there are any forum users that live in or around London (or are perhaps familiar with London) and know of any good places that do puppy socialization classes here. I know I could do a search online which I will do but I wondered if any of you could actually recommend any places for me?

Thanks,

T

best thing you can do is take your pup to one of the parks... there are lots of good parks in London. Primrose hill is nice, and the dogs that get walked there are mostly friendly.

Also training classes rather than just socialisation are pretty good... another thing that we did when our dog was a pup was to leave him in daycare with other dogs... they match them up to dogs of a similar age and nature so he got to play with some nice puppies

Hola T!!

I live in west london and i know that there is a good trainer in Chiswick, her classes are on thursday evenings, only cost about £4. If you go to www.apdt.co.uk and click on the list of trainer in London, here name is Patricia Seares, there is a number there for her.

Good luck.

I am a member of a sort of unofficial dog social club!
We all seem to walk our dogs at a similar time up the Brook and thankfully all our dogs get on like a house on fire. That is the best thing that could have happened for our dog. He gets to play and we get to chat with the other owners while they all charge about like loonies. There are about 25 dogs that we get to meet during the course of our walks!

Nothing like that in your area Tee?
