Actually it only took days to teach I never spoke a word to him, just waited for him to sit and then I lowered the bowl, if he jumped up I picked the bowl up, it didn't take long for him to twig that the bowl only went on the floor if he remained sitting, then within days he stopped jumping completely and sat automatically

What a lovely thing you did for Steve.

That picture brought a smile to my face to see how happy they were to see him and that is all down to you and your family that it had such happy ending .
