Weeing on himself and frey.

Cody is an entire male. I know that entire males smell stronger that castrated males. Well cody smells really strong. He has stopped weeing with excitement but has now started weeing all up his front legs and weirdly on frey. I have tried everything to get the wee off his legs and stomache but I have ended up having to bath him every other day. I have even cotamplated shaving his feathers. Does anyone have any idea why he is doing this? And how to stop it?

Oppsie! Yes lol frey is a dog. Cody is a 17 month old BC. Forgot to add, he has had a urine test done and they is nothing wrong there. The vet did metion that his testostarome (sp) level is quite high x

What does Frey think of all this?
is it an option to have him neutered?
Did your vet have any bright ideas?

is he weeing on himself because hes cocking his leg to high?

I have seen a few collies literaly do handstands to get there urine as high up as possible, {they dont like to be outmatched by bigger dogs that can pee higher lol}

its not uncommon for one of my lot to be having a sniff and for one of the boys to saunter by and think, oh must be something intresting they are sniffing at, better cock my leg over there head and mark that. Normaly my lot get there head out of the way, but not always,
if its happening all the time though, then its a problem,
