Things that go bump in the night

My toes are still curling after talking to one of my family in Canada.. Shudders! She had to get up in the night and crossing the room realised that there was SOMETHING HUGE AND BLACK on the floor right by her foot.. they have very big spiders but it was bigger even than that. she dropped a book on it but it just HOPPED. ( Toes in a knot here now!) When she put the light on there was a huge June bug..Bigger than a hand..huge with bit antennae Well, that has decided me I WILL NOT MOVE TO CANADA! Kerry spiders and more than enough for me....

Thank you! That was my reaction too,, lol! There was very little sleep there that night..

I'm from southern USA, our WASPS are so huge, visitors don't even really know that they're wasps. Huge bugs are common here, too. I will not move to Canada, either... however my reasons have nothing to do with the buggies.
