2 nearly new hi viz waterproof dog coats

I bought these coats for my 2 Spots but unfortunately they are just too big for them.
I have altered them but they are still in almost new condition as they have only been worn once. I have shortened the velcro on the middle strap and added a webbing strap and clip buckle but unfortunately they are still drowning my pups and would be more suitable to slightly chunkier dogs than my 2 that are built like whippets.

They are 65cm and 60 cm long.

They are mesh lined so great for hairier dogs as well.
