Yes I am familiar with Euro Joe equipment, not sure how their ball differs from others though.

I have an all leather tug with handles at both ends for my GSD, the bite bars, tuggers vary in width, cover and hardness so what suits one dog, does not suit another.

To me the ball works for the dog like a dummy (pacifier) works for a baby, hence why I only access to the ball on my terms and when I say game on.

Hence why I like the starmark ball, it is also LIGHTER than an ORBEE
Ah ha - so that's why Stone chomps on his dumbbell sometimes then!!!! I'm off to order a starmark ball.....thanks SB!

I think K9 equipment stock euro joe stuff in the UK, it is wear I get rubberised leads from, fantastic grip, light, and you never need gloves; same stuff as reins are made up from much nicer than old rubber reins or rubber and webbing.

Will be receiving my Starmark ball on a rope in the next few days, so will report back.

I ordered the Medium (2.5") which I'm pretty sure is tennis-ball size.

Well I dont have a photo yet but I can take one later if I get the chance. The medium ball is the size of a tennis ball. The large is an inch bigger.

yes it is but the medium one on a rope is the same width as a tennis ball in the middle but wider than a tennis ball - not actually round like a sphere

Edit - I will try to get photos of them together
