What did you think they would find solicitor wise; given the history so far

Kazz, it's utterly hilarious...their solicitor has not researched at all... keeps telling us that we don't own the part of the drive that we do... it's in the title deeds, I am sure Lynn will confirm that. They have decided their boundary is about 10inches into our property...which it isn't as the deeds clearly shows the boundary line in line with the porch, exactly where their fence is which their solicitor claims is against the covenant.. except it's been there since the house was built lol. They claimed not to know who the fence belonged too and if it was ours we should remove it...for 2 people who don't know who a fence belongs to...they have been at 8.15pm and ripped it down! They are telling us that the accessway is the whole drive and therefore we can't have our cars on the drive... even though we own it, pathetic. They want to enter into a boundary agreement taking the centre of the wall as the boundary....ermmmm nope, it's clearly not

That's theirs

That's ours

All houses on our little estate. Boundary's all clearly marked in line with the porches and that's the line that the plastic fences installed at the time of building follow and despite them removing it there's still photographic evidence on the internet. The confusion arises as the houses were flat roofs and the middle line of the roof is the centre of the wall, however that's not the boundary and I climbed in my loft and measured from the end of my Wooden boards to the wall dividing the roofs is 93 or 95cm and upon measuring the distance from the end of my window to the porch wall is the same distance!! The true boundary

No Kazz, the front one that marks their boundary which they refuse to accept is the actual boundary...the Letter states they want a boundary agreement with us accepting their opinion of centre of the wall as the boundary, we are just going to take them to court, their porch roof can go, the downpipe, cladding and they will learn all about the drive... correctly
