Moyra, all has turned to crap here, I have been called the worst names imaginable and threatened with having my head smashed in...this is all from the pricks ( please do excuse my language) they have threatened my dad, me, been rude to my mum and basically the police wee called on both parts and we ended up being the villains. I was so flipping close to doing the fella on the spot, my dad's crime.. washing his car on his property...mine? Walking down to by his car. I am immensely proud of my dad for not doing anything but ashamed of myself for not protecting my parents

Yes Kazz they have the solicitor letter but refuse to accept that it's our land... photobucket is a div with me uploading stuff but I have emailed quite a few people the fees and it's totally obvious

Ended up calling 111 as hubby was in a lot of pain. They rang back an hour later. The advice - call you doctor in the morning if it hasn't gone off and make an appointment. Hubby told them it takes weeks to get an appointment. The guy just said 'oh dear' and that was that. If he's no better tomorrow it looks like being A&E

Chris, I hope your OH feels better but if not, please do get to a&e... I was surprised to be able to get an appointment for today via the online booking thing

That's ours which clearly shows we own part of the drive and it runs behind their property

Oh..the first picture didn't come out very well, but as you can see, on our title we deffo own the land but trying to get them to understand is impossible, I think they think they can bully us in to saying o.k...wont happen and we are quite happy to go to court as it won't cost us a penny
