Louise, yes, he has had lots of colour changes on his head, he seems to be darkening a bit but I think this is more or less his final colouring, he has got lighter on the back more grey than black. Never had a dog change colouring so much, from a pup to adult

LOL...I knew where I was with Seiko..he never changed..Cruiser started off black and white..then went to a creamy sable..then went to what he is now..
I was showing friends his breeders website gallery earlier tonight..and got to the part where Cruiser is..and I said."theres my boy"..he said...."oh so it is..who are the others"..LOL..
