I,m babysitting

these guys, their owner has moved and I have to look after them till he gets a new field, the donkey is Jack and the Connemara pony is Cooky

the donkey islovely, he's very tame. the pony is a 7 year old stallion and very wild, he's not been schooled, he will let me stroke his head but thats it, my friend payed for the donkey and got the pony free coz of his eyes, they are a very pale blue, almost white and are considered unlucky

One of the Connemara mares in the field behind me has light blue eyes, I didn't like it at first but you get used to them, she looks rather glam in fact especially as she has long eyelashes too!
That is a lovely looking donkey, they are mainly grey here. They have become very expensive to buy so are currently off my list! I've been promised 2 ewes and a neutered male goat so I'll have to be content with that! Cheaper than a ride on lawnmower!

Luck you! Donkeys are definitely on my wish list along with a pig, a goat and a goose. I'm going to need a bigger garden.

The Connemara is beautiful, I always wanted one as a child, and was fascinated by them.

Lol, the boys are omly about 2 hundred yards from me, you wanna hear the row Jack makes when he wants his dinner, it is ear splitting lol
