Weight Loss

Well folks, 3 weeks on weightwatchers and I've lost 1/2 stone!!!! I'm really pleased and just hope I can keep it up!

i ve been dieting for a month and i have only lost 4 pounds,

You will get there. At the moment I'm off work so am able to get out with the dog more than usual. I think that's helping and for me the only thing that works is weightwatchers and counting points!

Well done Jackie, don't make a habit of it though coz you'll be invisible standing sideways if you carry on like that! Have you got one of those WW points calculators too then? I used to swear by it for Dave. If he ever picked something up he liked, I'd have to say, hang on a min, get my calculator out and say....... sorry you can't have that!!!! Then I'd pick up a cream cake for my tea! He lost 5 stone with WW in about 8 months and help from ME of course, I did all the food didn't I! I need to shift this half a stone I've put back on, but maybe next week

LOL, it will take a long time to lose that much mate! No I don't have one of the calculators but joined on line so can calculate everything that way. Should see how many things aren't worth the points!!!!! Good for Dave, I wish you'd come and cook for me, would be soooo much easier. You'd be trying to dog nap someone the whole time your were here though!
