Dog friendly beaches near Bristol

Can anyone recommend a great beach near Bristol where we can walk our puppy please?

Sand bay one of ours favourite places, head towards Weston-super-mud and it's the next beach along, well sign posted on the approach into WSM. There's not really anything there but has a free NT car park at the far end and a long stretch of sand, doggy nirvana!!!

Sand bay is great as it's nor far from bristol. (where I come from btw!) also try brean beach! it's not very far from sand bay and later in the year from about oct it's free parking, aug to sept is busy as there is loads of grockels around atm.
