Yes, the boxes being thrown about is the only explanation I can come up with. The recent order was delivered yesterday. We weren't here but our lovely neighbour was house sitting for us and took the package in for us. So far, we haven't seen any damaged cans. I guess our complaint was taken not of. Or we had a more careful driver.
