OK just checked. It's BBC 1 Scotland.

Documentary which follows the stories of several couples as they fight for custody of their pets after a relationship has broken down. Contains some strong language. [S]

That's so sad. The woman still walks in the woods where she used to walk the dogs in the hope that she meets them 2 years down the line.

Aaagghhh,
I just flicked on the tv and heard the scottish accent and thought "bingo!". Wasn't that programme at all, just something on banking.

Would love to have seen it too. Wonder if it will be on over here. Do you know what the programme is called?

Goodness, you wonder how difficult that would be for the dog. It's hard enough on kids that have some understanding of what's going on, never mind a dog that can't.

ONE Life

Half the Dog is Mine
Half the Dog is Mine Documentary which follows several couples as they fight for custody of their pets after the relationship has broken down. UK legal history was made when Alex and Melanie fought it out in court for custody of their Staffordshire bull terrier. Orla O'Rouke has been at the centre of two dog custody battles. Paul's wife left him and is asking for visitation rights to their dog, but Paul can't stomach the thought of her new man coming near the animal. Contains some strong language. [S]
