You know I think Mav is a star anyway but what a difference.

Mav is animated and happy, I love the energy coming from you as well.
I would let you train my boy any day

No comparison. Your dog was excited, eager, alert, ears up. Loved the tail wag when you said "good boy". Loved the way he placed his head right on your legs, full of eagerness.

Adam's dog looked reluctant and uncertain as he slowly made his way towards Adam and his ears went down. I've never called a dog to me and have them look as though they're on their way to the gallows like Harvey(?) did.

1. Just because people say they are trainers doesn`t actually mean they have any underpinning knowledge. That`s why recognised qualifications are so useful
2. It`s the Internet. People tell lies. If you believe everything people tell you online I suggest you be a bit more careful.
3. I have a degree. I know what rigorous methods you learn. I do not believe `AP` has a degree.
4. If anything I say is wrong `AP` will of course put me right... won`t he?
5. If he`s not a saleman, why does he offer his services on here and elsewhere?

their is no professional qualification for dog training
I'm afraid we are going to have to agree to disagree here because from personal experience I know that the public do tap into it and that it is most definitely a valid qualification. I'm surprised that you've met so many BSc qualified trainers to be honest because the dedicated degree course hasn't been in operation very long. In fact, unless there are more courses that I'm unaware of, the first graduates were given their degree this year

Was trying to think of an e-collar from a dogs point of view. Hope is ok to put here and no one offended or minds.

'Thought that they meant Elegant
When put it round my neck
But the new collar stung me
What the bloomin Eck!

I tried to run and shake it off
But it just stung again
Please can I have my old one back?
This new ones such a pain!'
