Sure there isn't one griff there may of been a few years ago and the company who sold it have changed it and not mentioned it or the guy has got it wrong. Gorden said there is no evidence of one in the garden.
Our solicitors title lawyer is n the case.

Probably. Need to get it checked if there should of been bills paid our seller needs to clear the bill.
The guy at anglian water did say he wonders if they have pulled a fast one ?

Lynn, it's probably just an error on the part of Anglian Water. Unfortunately, all the customer services these days are manned by call centres. Having worked in one in a previous life, you wouldn't believe the number of mistakes made
