VAT on vet bills.

As I am new here I dont know if this is the right place for this post or indeed if the post will be welcomed. No doubt I will be informed.

This is a petition lodged at Nos. 10 Downing Street asking that VAT on vet bills be removed. Many people, like myself, will have paid vat but not really noticed it till hit with a large bill. Before insuring our dogs we paid out over £1000 on vat when our last dog was seriously ill and in need of an operation to save his life. We were given a choise of course, have to dog put down. Not an option!

It would help if people could take a few moments to sign the petition and perhaps pass it on to family and friends....or anywhere that may be of interest.
