Blimey - they found a new "dangerous dog" picture in their "devil dog" file... course, how the one wearing the MUZZLE is the dangerous one is beyond me (and beyond most of the DM readership too I imagine).

Get the distinct impression from that article that if they got this - they'd push for an out and out dog ban in all green spaces - hey if you're a dog owner pay your taxes to maintain these spaces but we want them all for our kiddies and you can't use them - that got my goat more than anything in this.
