Morning Moyra and all to follow.
Lovely day here again to, some washing in the machine and then pop that out, then a 2nd load in. Hopefully it will all get aired and dried like the bedding yesterday.
Other than that tidying while Gorden goes to work in the cabin.

Hope everyone and all four legged friends are well today.

Good morning all.

Lovely morning here too. Our first jaunt to the garden coming up. It will be a sneezy, itchy eyed one if the past few days is anything to go by. Hayfever, YUK.

Good morning Moyra, Lynn, Chris and all who follow

Poor you Chris. My hay fever seems to have abated the last couple of years and hope it continues that way

No word of when the family will be over Kazz as everything is dependant on sorting out visas and getting money transferred. At the moment the exchange rate is extortionate!

Lovely morning here too. Up early again today and out with Teazle by 6.0o0 am then down to Tesco and Lidl and home by 8.30. All shopping now sorted and put away. One thing I have noticed is everything is more expensive.

Hope all are well

Have a good day and stay safe.

It's not fair how the supermarkets have all put up their prices to take advantage of the shortage of stuff. I have a delivery from Tesco today I wonder what I am going to be charged for that lot. Although I have cut my order down a lot and got told off by Steve for forgetting to order eggs. He is driving me potty at the moment with his arrogance and know all. He is now arguing with his so called friends.

That's easy to sort, Moyra, tell him to do the ordering (and paying) .

I used to get hayfever extremely bad in the past Sue - so bad it often landed me in bed. Now, it's abated one heck of a lot and has been hardly noticeable in the last few years. However, the garden seems to be a problem area. I'll suffer it because I do need to get out there and it quickly settles down to hardly noticeable again when I come in

Chris, that's a joke! He doesn't know how to use my computer but has an all dancing, singing mobile phone which he spends hours on. As far as paying for it is concerned he hasn't contributed to housing costs for 9 weeks now. He says why worry He is good for it. That's as maybe but I am losing interest on my account and if anything happened to either of us it would leave such a mess behind. He wont go out to the Bank because it makes his outside contact put me in danger of catching the virus but if he needs something for his fish no question of it he will go out to the fish place and also to a mates to deliver fish. So its what suits him he bends his own rules.

Yes Moyra, you're probably like me I only get interest on my cheque a/c (Sometimes known as current a/c) and only up to a certain level so if Steve doesn't pay in you are loosing the only decent interest account that there is now. I had (what for me was quite a sizeable sum) in a savings a/c and last month got the grand sum of 15p in interest

On the house move, sorry BFP again had no property section this week.

What's the general area where you are now. Is it Braintree (Don't put your exact address )

He's taking the p*** Moyra. If he can use his phone he can order from his phone. He can also do a bank transfer to your account from his.

We are very wary with tech, but needed to get some money to our youngest and found it exceptionally easy to do it by bank transfer. I think he's just playing on your good nature. Maybe time to cut the apron strings when this is over and let him go his own way. It can't be good for your health to have him constantly winding you up.

It doesn't mean you have to cut him off altogether, just give you and him some independence and space from each other.

I'm pretty tolerant, but your Steve would drive me bananas

Harvey, I am further south than that not far from Benfleet Creek without being too specific.

Chris, he doesn't do any of his banking online because he is scared of fraud He only uses his phone for fishing web sites and [a social network].

I must try phoning my sister, she told Steve on [a social network] that she was attacked by a large dog when she was walking her little ones across the fields this morning. She is 77 coming up to 78 and has a fairly big garden so could easily isolate herself but she loves walking the dogs several times a day. Apparently she has been advised to get a tetanus injection has the dog has punctured her arm in several places. I don't know whether she knows the owner of the dog and where the owner was at the time, certainly not keeping an eye on the dog.
