Kazz,

You're lucky. It's been pouring down here all day and Norman didn't want to go out. I eventually got him to the end of the street but he was most displeased and lay on his side and pretended to be dead. The passing motorists thought I was taking a rug for a walk.

Oh for a normal dog

Joe, it wasn't the weather... I've heard Norman was embarrased by your dress sense (Jesus sandals are a big No-No)

Boxers are pretty full on when playing. A lot of people dont realise this.

Joe, Star did that the other day, I went one way and the kids went the other she lay on the pavement and refused to move

Oh I never said Sal was normal it was raining on and off here too. And Sal wouldnt pop her head out the door for a wee but show her the lead....and she's off. Whooosh
When we get to the park what do we do? I walk she climbs a tree; when I eventually coax her down (after lots of looks from people going to the fair other side of the park, wondering why a mad woman is calling up a tree) what does she do, she comes down. Ignores me and lies in a mud bath.
Oh for a dog who lies down in the street envious or what ?

What's the matter with Jesus sandals. Good enough for Jesus, good enough for me

Carole, Norman is not as thick as he looks and has worked out that I won't pull his lead if he lies on his side. So despite torrential rain and getting splashed by passing cars, he lay and he lay and he lay. Hang on, maybe he is as thick as he looks.

Yeah

People look at you as if to say "thats terrible the way that dogs being treated"

Star sprawls out and plays dead, the more you try to move her, the heavier she gets.

She has a mind of her own.

Kazz, Star likes mud baths too She finds a puddle deep and big enough so that you cant reach her and stands in it as if to say "come and get me"

Do you think they go to a special school to teach them how to embarras you? Norman runs into strangers houses, pumps whenever I get company and eats cat poo in front of people I'm trying to impress.

He also cracks ice on puddles in the winter to lie in them - but give him a bath and you'd think you were trying to kill him!
