Sammy's New Coat

This is Sammy's new coat WHICH I MADE

I really don't like sewing and so am not much good at it but bought some fleece and this is the finished article. It's actually longer at one side than the other and a bit lumpy at the velcro at the neck but looks good. Although I only bought 1/2 metre it was 54" wide so have enough for another 5 or 6 if I can bear to try my sewing skills again

Thanks, I'm quite proud of it, got fleece as you can cut it and not have to edge it I really don't like sewing but Sammy's long so can't get coats to fit and also I'm such a tight fisted Scot I grudge paying about £15 for such a small item.

It might not be perfect by your observation but it looks great and I'm sure he likes it. I don't like sewing either lol. Some years back I made the don't new beds that's about the extent of my skills even with having took a sewing class.

Thanks GM Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, lovely name. The only other thick fleece was far too girly for Sammy Yes he's easily spotted and hopefully it's nice and warm. Once the shock of sewing this one wears of I'll make another one.
