It's Gary's birthday too today. He was 11 weeks prem and born 52 years ago when they didn't have the same medical knowledge they have today. They were really pressuring my hubby to have him christened immediately. He very nearly ended up being called Patrick because of it because one of the nurses said it was St Pat's day and he couldn't think of another name. Fortunately for him, he didn't do it and Gary was christened at 5 months old

Today, I gave him the money to take his 'friend' out for a meal and he's had a brilliant time. Far better than if he had gone out with us old fogies

Had a message from Beth earlier today. Her mum died beginning of last week and she still lived as do Beth's two sisters in Cumbria.
Gorden and I offered to have Betty and Bun their labs as they will be needing a couple days for travelling 6 hour drive for them for the funeral. Children are going and Paul of course.
Betty and Bun are coming Sunday morning and going home Tuesday evening. Boo is also coming Monday so I will message Bev Monday early and suggest meeting Boo with Betty and Bun on the park and us all coming in the back garden together.
Tuesday will be a busy day Boo, Betty, Bun, Mark, Lauren and Freya wish us luck I think we will need it.
We have only had one dog at a time now we will have 3 for a few days thank goodness Boo goes home around 3pm. She can be a little nervous of bigger dogs but Betty and Bun are lovely girls so hoping they can get along for a few days.
