Whippet feed

Hi all , My 16 month old bitch will only eat frozen tripe what is your suggestions she has always been lean and fussy eater the vet says her weight is fine but will a diet of tripe harm her,

Tripe is a good food but it doesn't contain everything a dog needs, could you not mix other things in with the tripe such as chicken or lamb even fish. I first converted my lot over to raw by adding tripe to their kibble and then once they were used to it just switched but from day one made sure they had lots of variety. Luckily they eat anything and everything.
