Dry Ear Cleaner

Ive recently purchased a Cockapoo Puppy and was told i need a Dry Powder ear cleaner and a plucking powder for taking out the hairs deep within the ears.
We've always used a quality liquid vet ear cleaner on buds with Shepherds,i guess this is a NO No with this breed.
Any advise would be appreciated
Thank you

Buy some thorinit it will do both the jobs , keeping ears free from mites and help with plucking.

Remember when plucking only the hairs that are ready to come out will come out .

Hi I'm new to this site hope you don't mind me joining in the convo...thornit powder is a really good option if you have been recommended by a vet to use a dry powder. I have a westie and I use a liquid cleaner by pro pooch. I started using it as they give those huge doggy ears buds away with the cleaner so it saves me buying them. Careful not to shove them too far down the ear though i made this mistake then reaslised they are just meant for cleaning the outer ear. oops https://propooch.com/products/natura...-cleaner-drops

Thornit is OK but word of caution use only a minute amount and it does go off over time. Buy only a small bottle of it. It can cause clogging of the ears if to much is used.
Plucking ears must be done carefully. If done to rigorously you can make the dog wary of being touched.
